Identity: building a child who has a strong sense of identity, acts with independence and builds and maintains trust with peers and educators.
Connectedness: building a child who is connected and contributes to their world through positive relationships, respect for diversity and respect for the environment.
Wellbeing: building a child who has a strong sense of themselves and their wellbeing. Shows empathy and concern for others, promotes health and safety and physical wellbeing.
Active Learning: building a child who is a confident and involved learner, is imaginative and creative and explores ICTs.
Communicating: building a child who is an effective communicator, and engages in numeracy and literacy.
“Kidzplay has been absolutely fantastic for our family. We put our first child in when he was 6 months old at the Andergrove centre. He loved every minute of every day there up until he went to prep. Being our first I was so worried but daily updates and photos made being away from him so much easier. Our second child went to Andergrove centre from 4 months until the West Mackay centre was opened early 2020 and he also loves his day care days. We only changed centre as we moved south of Mackay. I was stressing about possibly needing to change centre and when the first told me they were opening one in West Mackay I didn’t have to stress anymore!! The ladies are fantastic, friendly and I couldn’t wish for a better centre to take care of my boys. Our third little man is awaiting his start in the new year and we cannot wait for him to have the same fun as his older brothers. 5 stars from our family!!”
